Improvements for Windows ZIP

• Currently, to start the application, you have to navigate into the Scripts directory and start the hexrdgui executable (which is next to a whole bunch of other files, so you have to do some searching). It would be nice if there was a shortcut for this executable in the top-level directory as well, or some easier way to find it.
