Volume structure change

It would be useful to be able to scale the volume (hold a/b/c ratios constant) of a crystal structure.

I am currently looking at a PNMA structure (space group 62) and a, b, and c have to be individually changed.

There is already the option to fix the c/a ratio, so I guess this is just extending that capability.
