Threshold and B&C scaling for each detector image

Sometimes the gain levels of the different detectors in the instrument are significantly different and a single min/max threshold and brightness/contrast adjustment is not good enough. Adding an option to adjust the min/max and B&C for each panel will give users most flexibility. This can be added on top of the currently implemented "global" thresholds and B&C controls.

I guess this would be primarily for the raw view, where you have different canvases for each detector?
