[Question] What is the purpose of the "Use to connect" setting?
Hi, while configuring a client in the Admin Open Auth plugin I noticed the setting "Use to connect".
I don’t really see any difference when I enable or disable this flag. For example, with Microsoft Entra ID, even if I set "Use to connect" = false, the plugin still allowed me to log in with an Entra account that matched an existing Shopware user (by email).
What exactly does the "Use to connect" option control in the plugin?
It changes the effect of the admin user profile page. You can control with this, whether you want others to allow to proactively link their existing account with an SSO login. Otherwise the lookup by email will be used. This can match the right account, but this way you can claim other accounts. This can be okay, but might be unwanted, therefore it is configurable.
