records: link to specific table when "Ask a Question" widget is used

An "Ask a Question" widget is displayed to a logged-in user when they click the question mark on the right of each HEPData table. It allows a user to send an email to the submission participants. The email contains a link to the HEPData record, but not to the individual table. Therefore, it might be unclear which table is being referred to unless the user makes it explicit in their message. Linking to a specific table might be difficult because the Question object in the database model does not contain any information on the data table, but maybe there is a way to do it.
