Adding LICENSE file (Apache 2.0)

Hello,

this PR adds LICENSE file to make it clear that the license for the FCCAnalyses is Apache 2.0 as stated in the .zenodo.json.

I'm requesting approval from all contributors to make sure everybody knows about this :) (Since only 15 approval requests can be made, others will be tagged).
