[Request] Sitewide email search

There are many places within UNIT3D where an email is stored. Request some way to search all of these areas at once, rather than having to use many forms to scrape all emails.

This seems like it would fit in the existing email field in /dashboard/users?

One idea, although this may make the dashboard overcrowded with the separation of username/email/rss etc, is to have the results sorted by section. ie: You would have a list of users matching the email, then a list of invites (from the invite log), then a list of applications. If this seems suitable, then it could probably have some sort of checkbox to help filter the results. ie: untick 'users' removes all results from user profiles, leaving the application/invite log results.
