Increase default dataset chunk cache

Current default dataset chunk cache is 1 MiB (1024 * 1024). I propose to increase this value to better support library performance in cloud computing and for all those users who are either not aware that this size can be changed or their software does not allow it.

New suggested chunk cache size: 8 MiB.
