Better support for attribute display

Viewing attributes of groups or datasets is fairly awkward (Window|Reopen as Attributes).

Suggestion: Add icons that let you switch between different views of the same object (e.g. Dataset |Attributes | Image). Move the current "Window" menu to a "View" menu. Use "Window" menu to select between different top level windows.

Also (at the risk of expanding this enhancement) there should be a way to view attributes that are too large to examine effective in the key-value display - Say a large text string or an attribute with many elements.

One idea would be to add a button to each line that opens the selected attribute in it's own frame.
