Provide Window's Installer

It would be nice to have a Window's Installer and release msi binaries rather than .exe's. For one thing, I noticed on Window's the extraction that happens on startup is rather slow.

Did you decide the installer? Inno Setup, NSIS, or something else?

What is the installer that the HDF Group uses for the various products?

I haven't created any Window Installers myself, but we've used NSIS for other products.
