H5D(O) [read/write]_chunk incorrect function arguments?

Open HarryLister opened this issue 4 years ago • 1 comments

Hi there, I've been attempting to use the H5D.write/read_chunk methods, but the parameter "offset" is declared as "ref hsize_t offset". The official documentation for the C lib states that this variable should be referencing an array, so clearly there is an issue here. It works fine for dataspaces of rank 1, but obviously wont work when attempting to specify the offset in a multidimensional dataspace. In my local version I changed the arguement to "[In][Out] hsize_t[] offset" and it now works as expected. Thought it might be worth mentioning! This was also for HDF5_VER1_10. Many thanks.

Good catch! I'll try to fix this as soon as I get a chance.
