Black Screen only on Sunton esp32_3248035C (capacitive)

Describe the bug

After installing the binary, the Screen stays black. I tried the Version from nightly webinstaller (full) and from GitHub actions after the enty about the blackscreen. Also tried nightly webinstaller Download and flash the bin as documented with esptool.py and erase_flash before. Version from webinstaller: 0.7.0-rc11 677e8cc Version from github: esp32-3248s035c_full_4MB_v0.7.0-rc11_677e8cc.bin

Maybe helpful: the blue LED is on.

To Reproduce

Install and see nothing is displayed.

Expected behavior

At least the QR-Code or anything is displayed
