Adds the .age and .fni scripts for Fahets-Highgarden.

I've force-pushed a change to fix the conflict.

Given the Age author has expressed that feedback regarding making this Age appropriate for H'uru mainline is "pissing [him] off" [source], I am closing this PR. If the Age author changes his mind about targetting his Age for the modern game, then we can reopen this PR.
