On macOS when you try to draw on the tablet you can only draw dots. You can't draw lines.

I'm using M1 Macbook Pro with OS Ventura 13.1. I paired it with ONYX BOOX Tab Ultra - an e-ink tablet running Android 11. I open whatever drawing program on the mac and I can't draw anything else than a dot. One touch of the stylus to the tablet always results in one dot, even if I put a lot of pressure trying to make a line.

Any light on the matter? Could it be related to M1 CPU? I'm just wondering if there is any chance I could make it work, or if my attempts are destined to fail due to some specific macOS reason, since it is not the main supported OS.

@mcaay same here, for me I can't even get to draw a dot, it's detecting my stylus as touch, treating it as a mouse

Same here. Mouse moves, but it is recognized as a mouse click, not a stroke.
