One simple way for using Weylus as Second Monitor

I was able to easily use Weylus as a second monitor using xrandr utility without a need of dummy plugs. I wrote a tutorial about how to use iPad as second screen with VNC server x11vnc recently. Now I am using Weylus instead of x11vnc.

I opened this issue because xrandr method can be added to the second monitor functionality section in README.md. I can update it and create a pull request if you think it can be useful.

It would be nice if someone with better understanding check whether my way are suitable for other systems or not.
