Support for TCP and UDP

The library should get all endpoints/listeners for TCP (for all possible states not just LISTEN) and UDP.

Hey @islameehassan this is only to let you know that I didn't forget about this PR, I just need a couple more months to publish Sniffnet 1.4 and then I'll work on this PR and the integration for Sniffnet 1.5.
