a little late but in your example you need to use the NavisPropertyList.GetValuesAsStringClassUserName, no the string class

Thats a units problem most likely, try check the units in dynamo vs units in the file, somethimes theres a dyference, specially when inporting Navisworks points

with your other problem try this: flat the content of the list by 1, as you see in the image (i get some empty list but i remove them in the next step)
