Inability to see current status for settings

You can only see the current settings for options, nothing else. The bot should either have a command to dump its configuration, or entering a command without specifying a change should result in the current setting being displayed e.g. "!streambot move" results in the channel ID being displayed

Will do that later. It can work for most commands but not all of them. Even if I'm not a fan of adding new commands I may just add a new one that will show everything.
