weatheril library allways in DEBUG mode

It's indeed in debug. Make sure you're on the latest version and that the default HA is in debug.

The default is info (see first message). and I'm on the latest version (0.1.34).

It seems to me like a bug that the library send debug by default and is not subject to the integration settings.
