Added links to the websites of the platforms, as well as changed the name of the X logo from logo-twitter to logo-x
Instead of using the "location" tag, a link to the location itself might be better. I have included a Google Maps link.
I'm just walking and I see this:  I'm on the latest version for both my server and the plugin.
