Is Székely-rovás írás supported by Google Fonts? If yes then I could implement for the current version, otherwise there would be no fonts available for it...
It is a RTL (right-to-left) font, not a LTR (left-to-right) font.
Can the font characters be reflected? Can Noto Sans Runic LTR be made RTL?

Yes and no... Apparently this font isn't in Google Fonts' API (I'm not sure why) and therefore Font Downloader won't be able to find it for now.
However, with the links you provided, I'll be able to add them for the , but if you want to contribute beforehand, you can add their download links to
(this is one of the sources Font Downloader will be looking to download fonts).
