Voice shortcuts not working on iOS 16

Open Dmitrylolo opened this issue 2 years ago • 3 comments

Siri says "Sorry, something went wrong. Shortcuts says, "There was a problem running the shortcut "shortcut phrase"."." This only repro via voice shortcut by saying to Siri, but working ok if launch it from "Shortcuts" app.

I'm using the last version of the library from the example folder.

Thanks for the issue. I don't have Xcode Beta setup right now, so I can't really test it.

Considering that iOS 16 is just starting its Beta cycles, I don't know if this is a library issue or an iOS 16 issue that will be fixed by release.

I'll be happy to look closer to the final release date. I'll probably take a look around the time the GM releases, if this is still an issue by then.

If you could come back to this as you update your betas and close in case it gets fixed by an OS update, that would be great!

@Dmitrylolo now that iOS 16 released, can you verify if this is still an issue?

Hello there. :)

For me getInitialShortcut() does not seems to pass any information through.

When the app is running in foreground or background it works addShortcutListener()

Any help?

I have added the code to AppDelegate and can see that it works.
