Add `bs.width` and `bs.height` scores to move and raycast

📝 Description

The goal is to let users specify a custom size for an entity without needing to rely on another entity like an interaction. This should also help with some optimizations. Whether the bs.width and bs.height scores should be included in bs.hitbox and returned by the get functions is something we still need to discuss.
