Those cards are pretty complex, and I don't know anything about that game engine. In order to create those kind of templates, more informations will be needed :

  • what information to be put where
  • graphics to be used (SVG format in a perfect world)
  • what behaviour for the different versions of cards ?

As stated in my "State of the Geckos" post, I can take demands of template creation for a fee.
