Use custom SVG as Image, and let the card be able to manipulate it

For some cards, it could be good to let the user select a SVG from his own collection. It will work as an Image Import, but the SVG will be inserted in the card and translated into paths, that can be manipulated. For example, by applying a specific color (depending on a user field).
