Rich text Editor - Refresh is not fluid

When a complex card is edited, the image is refreshed as soon as the edit field is leaved. Except for the Rich Text Editor, that updates the card instantly. It causes some "flash" and the UI-experience is slow. Some delay should be put to the refresh of the card.
