Support for Subfolders

Hello,

this is a great Script! But when using an android device, the (for ex. Galaxy S23 Ultra) device automtically creates the folder DCIM/Camera in the upload folder.

But the script do not recognize the files in that folder. Only files in the upload folder root are recognized by the script. Ist there a way to modify the script so that it recognizes subfolders in the uplod folder too?
