possibility for a default picture

please give an option to have an default image in the upload field like "no picture available" if nothing is uploaded.

If this option is choosen a default picture will be automaticaly copied to the place where normaly a picture will be uploaded.

This behavior makes it much more easy to have propper looking templaes even if no picture is uploaded.

If you need this picture as a file please let me know, I will create one for MOST.

For the future it could be also connected to #263

An upload field for the default picture inside the variables. That would be great!

This one can be now implemented into the image settings. There an upload field for an optional default image would be interesting. But this only make sence if the img upload is not mandatory.
