deps(librespot): bump librespot to 0.7.1

Due to the recent changes released by Spotify no metadata retrieval is possible. librespot 0.7.1 adds these needed changes.

This PR uses the stable version of librespot and supersedes https://github.com/GuillemCastro/spotify-dl/pull/50.

I tested it locally and it works fine! For anyone having trouble downloading music using main branch, use this fork instead, until it's merged.
