General Exception (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131500)

Hi,

I have one solution where under VS2022 when I select any of the VCB menu entries I immediately get a dialog box with the error message from the subject. I have other solutions where the extension works fine.

For the non-working solution, I am still able to load it under VS2019 and the older VCB there is able to use it, so I've been working around it that way, but it would be good to figure out what the issue is.
