BetterFps Stopped working for no reason.

I have a High-End PC, but there's this problem where I get 200+ Average FPS but with 6 Minimum Fps. This caused a lot of lag spike and it's annoying, Semi-Playable. I can't see the mods in the mods list and I can't see the BetterFps Option either in the options. BetterFps is Installed Correctly. This is an Example.

(Note: I've tried Allocating different amounts of ram. With 24 GB Ram Allocated (Amount of ram I have) have the best performance out of all 6 GB - 8 GB Allocated Ram just made the lag worse.)
