[Bug] 鄕 (U+9115) and 郷 (U+90F7) issues in JP variant

In the JP variant, U+9115 and U+9F07 show the same characters. However, this is a code point separation due to Unicode's original standard separation. They are not compatible characters, and different glyphs must be displayed.

The situation is too complicated for me to handle.

10 鄕と郷の問題 「鄕」と「郷」の関係は、正直わけのわからないことになっている。<9115 E0101>と<9115 E0102>というIVSレベルの差としても表せるし、<9115 E0100>と<90F7 E0101>という UCS レベルの差でもあるのだ。これは、Adobe-Japan1と Hanyo-Denshiとの間で、異なる立場を採用してしまったことに起因する。すなわち、Adobe-Japan1は<9115 E0100>と<90F7 E0101>というUCSレベルの差を採用したのに対し、Hanyo-Denshiは<9115 E0101>と<9115 E0102>というIVSレベルの差を採用しているのだ。その結果「IVS vs UCS」とも言える対立が発生していて、どちらを使うかはユーザ次第という、かなり悲しい事態となっている。
