Items dat txt encoder

After decoding a v18 items.dat with the txt decoder, i opened the items.txt (which is the output of the items.dat) and added some extra files (edited it). When i tried to encode the items.txt using the txt encoder, it didn't output any error, but it didn't give me the output of the edited item.txt that i tried to encode either.
