Bot doesn't react to command

It looks for bubble with !pos or !follow but nothing happends..

First of all remove line with returning function if bubble is not owner's. The secons thing is whole objectdata is broken. Must use localnetid etc.

Maybe i will make "public bot" switch at config.json
