Move to new phylopic API version

Looks like the phylopic API and website paths have changed and none of the phylopic functions in this package work anymore. See here for more details: http://api-docs.phylopic.org/v2/

@xiangpin pls look into it. This will also break ggtree's support for using phylopic.
