Add option for search: caseinsensitive

I use guake 3.9.1.dev0 on Manjaro Linux XFCE.

The search dialog appearing with control+shift+f has no options and is allways searching casesensitive.

If i invoke a xfce-terminal and start a search dialog there are options how to search.

Feathub has been down for a while, if there's a link to it anywhere that probably needs to be cleaned up. Case insensitive search could probably just be default
