As an admin of a server please can you tell me how I can find the IP to ban people, or if it isn't done that way how do we ban people?

For names all I am see is RLD (1) etc....

RLD is the username that a cracking method chose when they assign a username to someone. Many different users have this username and don't bother changing it. Are you trying to outright ban everyone who uses this crack, or one user?

I am asking for when someone starts being an idiot, I want to ban them....such as when they start chatting rubbish and insulting other constantly.

In the accounts xml it's level is Owner
