Your chat is on the wrong side. Please reference MTA's client for the perfect chat. It should be upper left, 10-12 font, Arial, 10 lines. Yours is tough to pick name from chat, and if you blink the message is gone when the chat is busy.

The chat is the same as in GTA Online except the [ALL] [TEAM] etc.
