AdminTools not working

Hi, I have a problem with AdminTools, when I launch my server I have this error: Failed to load filterscript "AdminTools", error: Impossible de charger le fichie r ou l'assembly 'file:///D:\Grand Thef Auto V\server\filterscripts\AdminTools.dll' ou une de ses dépendances. L'opération n'est pas prise en charge. (Exception de HRESULT : 0x80131515)

The filterscript isn't detected but I have it. This error is only on my "Data (D:)" HDD and I have no problem on my "OS (C:)" HDD. How can I fix it ? Thanks.
