Decouple PlateSolving from Telescope Simulator

Right now we get focal length from INDI, with the configured Telescope (Simulator, if none is present).

It might be useful to manually specify focal length if one doesn't want to start INDI with a Simulator, or if the Telescope is not configured properly.
