Add Rowan support

Should be able to create a stone with Rowan installed ... no tODE installed --- eventually tODE would be installed using Rowan, but for now it will be enough to just install Rowan ... this will enable the use of smalltalkCI for testing Rowan and Rowanized projects .. prerequisite to using Rowan to install GLASS/GsDevKit support.
