Set the netldi port for a stone so it is consistent across reboots

This may be possible and I just don't know where to set it (e.g. system.conf?)

I'd like to be able to set the netldi port for a stone so that, after e.g. a server reboot, I can still connect to the stone at the port it was on before the reboot.

Right now, using the startNetldi command, it seems restarting the netldi process can change the port it is running on for a given stone.
