Added support for VS 22

Hi,

Loved your extension in the previous versions of Visual Studio. Really missed it on VS 22. Therefore, I have rewritten it according to the MSDN documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/extensibility/migration/update-visual-studio-extension?view=vs-2022). I have tested it on VS 22 and VS 19, seems to be working properly. Let me know if you find any discrepancies.

I also created branch that works on vs 2019-2022 and fixed one crash problem. You you want I can create PR. I cant check in. If you will hive me rights I can check in
