How can I keep the foreground color

Hi, thank you for your great extension!

Is there a way to only underline the TODO while keeping the foreground color? I want this to make smaller, low-priority TODOs less highlighted. For instance, a TODO inside a Python docstring would be yellow, and for comments, it would be green. Perhaps I’m not understanding the documentation correctly, but simply not defining the foreground color didn’t work for me. For the background color I can just take a transparence color but I could not find a way for the foreground color.
