Please tag release versions on GitHub

1. The build products can be uploaded to GitHub and installed directly from there for a trustworthy experience, especially when out-of-date versions aren't available in VSCodium's extension list.
2. Makes it easier to see what the latest release version is.
3. Makes it easy to go back in time and explore a specific release version.
4. It's a good way to trigger CI tools to publish to applicable places.
