Feature Request: Enable the time stamp insertion for renaming files or within popups

Frist of all, timestamper is a great addition to Obsidian!

Background My feature request or suggestion is related to the case when you want to insert the timestamp not in an .md file but in the file name itself (.md, .pdf, etc.) or if you want to insert the timestamp into a pop-up field.

Current situation Currently, timestamper does not insert the timestamps into the file name and into pop-ups.

Enhancement If timestamper allows inserting timestamps into file names and pop-ups the integration would be more comprehensive.

I think more users would use timestamper for renaming files with the timestamp or as prefix. Please let me know what you think and if this is a feasible request.
