Taking /cms/ out of the links should fix it.

Sorry, but I'm struggling to figure out how the "/policy" view is generated. Looks like the policy docs are saved in a separate repo called policy, which maybe is a sub module of this repo?

Any pointers for how to fix? I'll keep looking over the next few days. Still new to rails development.
