Release slug when a crop is rejected.

The kūmara was rejected because it duplicates sweet potato. Later i learned it is a different crop, and not a duplicate. Now kūmara has a long slug, and the rejected crop has the short one.

The crop never was public, so we dont need to preserve a permanent url to it
