block third party cookies

When Safari or other browser (or sometime users) block third party cookies, session not work. How can prevent this, and service provider still work. I use something very ugly, and pass access token in to $_GET or somewhere in $_POST params, but ... is still ugly :( Can you provide something else for these situations?
