Upscaling algorithm setting?

A comment in moddb https://www.moddb.com/mods/temple1#8713025 seems to imply you're using Mitchell-Netravali (or Bilinear). I'm looking to change it to Bicubic75 (b=0, c=0.75) to see if it cheaply changes the rather visible aliasing I see in the radial menu which irks me.
